Important Information for All Ticket Holders:
Tickets to the AIS American Indian Inaugural Ball will be available for pick up "Will Call" at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport (Crystal City) hotel beginning on Sunday, January 18, 2009, from 3:00-8:00 p.m.; during the Pow Wow on Monday, January 19, from 1:00-8:00 p.m.; and during the ball January 20 from 1:00-10:00 p.m. Be sure to send your ticket holder(s) names to willcall@fayelone.com.
Please note that tickets are individually numbered and are not transferable. ID may be required. Tickets to the AIS Inaugural Ball may also be purchased on site. Tickets are not required for the Pow Wow.
To gain entry to the ballroom, you must exchange your ticket for a wristband. Only guests with wristbands will be permitted entrance to the ballroom. General admission will be at 8:00 pm. If you purchased a brunch ticket please retain your ticket stub. Brunch tickets are individually marked and your ticket stub will be your admittance to the brunch on Wednesday.
Sponsors dinner is from 6:00-7:30 pm. All sponsor tables include brunch for the 10 ticket holders (per table). Your tickets will be noted as 'brunch' tickets.
Tickets for the AIS Inaugural Ball will be available for sale
at the Door: $150 per person for the Inaugural Ball only*
Tickets will be available for purchase at the hotel during Will Call hours (see above). Tickets purchased before 8:00 pm on Monday will still be at the "advance" sale price.
